Senior Manager of Procurement, Non-Capital Programs

Under the general direction of the Director of Procurement, Non-Capital and Materials Management, the Senior Manager of Non-Capital Programs is responsible for providing procurement to various Authority Departments. This position oversees the development of solicitation documents, specifications, and contract documents for non-capital and professional service agreements. This position is also a department lead for the Enterprise Resource Planning or Contract Management system upgrades, patches, and issue resolution. Requires availability for emergency call-in.
