Procurement Agent

Under the general direction of a Senior Manager in Procurement, the Procurement Agent is responsible for managing procurement activities and contractual projects across various categories, including commodities, professional services, construction, and information technology. This role involves conducting research and developing documents necessary for procuring goods and services through various solicitation methods such as competitive solicitations, government cooperatives, sole source, standardization, and quotes. The Procurement Agent also develops and negotiates contracts, review requisitions, and processes purchase orders, ensuring compliance with established standards.
